成都体育学院竞技体校学员平均年龄为13.5岁,正值人体生长发育的第二加速期,此时期对外界影响敏感,可塑性强,再加上体校学员运动量大,技巧性强等特点,因此是否有合理的营养不仅关系到学员的健康发育,而且还直接影响运动成绩的提高。基于此,我们于1988年1月~1989年1月对竞技体校学员的营养状况进行了全年四季度的调查。从调查情况看,学员的食物、热能与营养素(除部分维生素外)基本达到标准,但维生素摄入量,特別是抗坏血酸的摄入量大大低于标准。建议增强教练员的营养意识,坚持配餐制;在临近比赛的前期对不同运动项目应补充足够的营养素;在训练期间膳食热量的供应必须恰当。

It is advisable to enhance coaches’ nutritional awareness and adhere to the catering system. In the early stages of the competition, different sports items should be supplemented with adequate nutrients. The supply of dietary calories during the training period must be appropriate.
