随着我国经济的迅速发展、对人才要求的不断提高,出现了高校培养出的人才与企业需求不符的现象。能否培养出适应社会发展的高素质人才,关系到高校自身的生存与发展。通过调查,发现用人单位不仅重视学生的专业知识,而且重视学生的综合素质。在高校教育中不但要注重学生专业技能的培养,还要注重对学生的创新意识与创造能力的培养,提高他们的组织领导能力、应变能力、交际能力等,使日语专业毕业生能更好地适应新环境和新形势下的挑战。
