目的分析和总结胃癌根治性全胃切除的临床意义。方法对2002年4月至2009年6月收治进展期胃癌患者行根治性全胃切除术61例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组52例无手术并发症,出现并发症8例,其中肺感染胸腔积液3例,粘连性肠梗阻2例,反流性食管炎2例;死亡1例,死于吻合口漏并严重腹腔感染。结论严格掌握根治性全胃切除术的手术适应证,选择适应的消化道重建方式,可以有效提高患者的生活质量和生存期。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical significance of total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 61 cases with radical gastrectomy in patients with advanced gastric cancer from April 2002 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The group of 52 cases without complications, complications occurred in 8 cases, of which 3 cases of pulmonary infection pleural effusion, adhesive intestinal obstruction in 2 cases, reflux esophagitis in 2 cases; 1 died, died of anastomotic leakage and Severe abdominal infection. Conclusion Strict mastery of radical gastrectomy indications for surgery, choose to adapt to the reconstruction of the digestive tract, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and survival.
