本发明叙述了金属连续和半连续铸造装置。在工艺上已知的这类装置由向其内浇入熔融金属的环形电磁感应圈、使感应圈电磁场在轴向分布的电磁屏蔽和向正在成形的铸锭表面供给冷却液体的环形装置所组成。冷却液供给装置是由一具有环形喷嘴的环形集流管所构成,而环形喷嘴是靠集流管壁与电磁屏蔽下部锥形部分形成的。该喷嘴向感应圈和铸锭间的缝隙供给冷却液并以锐角朝向铸锭表面。
The present invention describes metal continuous and semi-continuous casting equipment. Devices of this type are known in the art consisting of an annular electromagnetic induction coil into which molten metal is poured, an electromagnetic shield which distributes the electromagnetic field of the induction coil in the axial direction and a ring-shaped means for supplying a cooling liquid to the surface of the ingot being formed . The coolant supply means is constituted by an annular header having an annular nozzle formed by the header wall and the lower portion of the electromagnetic shield. The nozzle supplies coolant to the gap between the induction coil and the ingot and faces the ingot surface at an acute angle.
