中药处方是医生对患者的病情进行辩证后所开具的医疗文书,是药剂人员调配药物和指导病人用药的依据。中药处方用名是否规范化直接关系到病人用药的安全有效性。目前临床医生处方用名使用不规范的现象非常普遍。笔者通过搜索中国知网、万方等数据库,以“中药处方”、“中药处方用名”、“处方用名规范”等为关键字,查阅了近百篇文献,对各地中药处方用名的现状进行了整理,分析产生这些现象的原因,并提出建议,以期对中药处方用名的规范化有所帮助。
Traditional Chinese medicine prescription is a medical document issued by a doctor after dialectic of the patient’s condition, and is the basis for the pharmacy staff to deploy drugs and guide patients to medication. Whether the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine is standardized is directly related to the safety and effectiveness of the patient’s medication. At present, it is very common for clinicians to use non-standard prescription names. The author searches for nearly a hundred articles by searching the databases such as CNKI and WANFANG for the key words such as “prescription of traditional Chinese medicine”, “name of traditional Chinese medicine prescription”, “standard of recipe name”, etc. The status quo of names of prescriptions of Chinese medicines in various places was collated. The reasons for these phenomena were analyzed and suggestions were made in the hope of standardizing the name of traditional Chinese medicines.
