随着汽车发动机的发展,缸内直喷汽油机(GDI)逐渐成为关注和研究的重点。液体燃料喷雾的结构和蒸发与直喷汽油机内燃烧的稳定性、发动机效率以及尾气排放有着密切联系。本文通过纹影测试技术对乙醇和汽油的直喷喷雾的雾化和蒸发进行测试,研究结果表明环境温度、环境压力和喷射压力对喷雾贯穿距有着显著的影响,而燃油温度在低于燃油沸点时对喷雾贯穿距影响很小。因此可以通过控制环境温度和压力,以及燃油的喷射压力和温度对喷雾贯穿距进行优化.
With the development of automobile engine, direct injection gasoline engine (GDI) has gradually become the focus of attention and research. The structure and evaporation of liquid fuel spray are closely related to combustion stability, engine efficiency and exhaust emissions in direct injection gasoline engines. In this paper, we test the atomization and evaporation of ethanol and gasoline by spray test. The results show that ambient temperature, ambient pressure and injection pressure have a significant influence on spray penetration, while the fuel temperature is below the boiling point of fuel Spray through the distance when the impact is small. The spray through distance can therefore be optimized by controlling the ambient temperature and pressure, as well as the injection pressure and temperature of the fuel.
