目的:研究魔Ⅲ精粉对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(10只)、模型组(14只)、魔Ⅲ精粉组(16只),用白酒灌胃的方式建立大鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,12周后,测定大鼠血液中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及肝组织水平。结果魔Ⅲ精粉组中ALT、AST的含量均低于模型组(P<0.05),大鼠肝组织中丙二醛含量低于模型组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶活性高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论魔Ⅲ精粉对酒精性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。“,”Objective To study the protective effect of konjac powder in rats with alcoholic liver injury. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal group (n=10),model group (n=14),and konjac powder group (n=16). The model of rat with alcoholic liver injury was created by liquor gavage.After 12 weeks,the levels of alanine transami-nase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),and hepatic tissues in rat’s blood were measured. Results In comparison with the model group,the content of ALT and AST in the konjac powder group were both lower (P<0.05).The content of methane dicarboxylic aldehyde from hepatic tissue in rat in the konjac powder group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase from hepatic tissue in konjac powder group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Konjac powder has a certain protective effect on alcoholic liver injury.
