本文对钴(Ⅱ)与丁二肟配合物Co(Ⅱ)A_2在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安法作了研究。在-0.60~-0.90V(vs.SCE)Co(Ⅱ)A_2能在悬汞电极上很好地吸附,当电极向阴极方向扫描时,吸附在电极上的Co(Ⅱ)A_2分二步不可逆地还原到Co(O)(Hg)。本文导出了在低覆盖度下富集阶段电极表面吸附量的表达式,实验结果与理论推导相符。理论上分析了不可逆过程线性扫描吸附伏安法的灵敏度。影响灵敏度的主要因素是吸附富集时间,当富集120秒时,检测下限可达1×10~(-9)M,此结论得到实验证实。
In this paper, the adsorption voltammetry of the Co (Ⅱ) A 2 complex of cobalt (Ⅱ) with butanedioxide on the hanging mercury electrode was studied. Co (Ⅱ) A_2 can adsorb well on the hanging mercury electrode at -0.60 ~ -0.90V (vs.SCE). When the electrode is swept to the cathode, the Co (Ⅱ) A_2 adsorbed on the electrode is irreversible in two steps Reduction to Co (O) (Hg). In this paper, we derive the expression of adsorbed amount on electrode surface during enrichment stage with low coverage. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical derivation. The sensitivity of linear sweep sorption voltammetry for irreversible processes is theoretically analyzed. The main factor affecting the sensitivity is the time of adsorption and enrichment, when the enrichment of 120 seconds, the detection limit of up to 1 × 10 ~ (-9) M, this conclusion has been experimentally confirmed.
