基于物质流分析法,利用生态效率理论,开展了省域和全国工业生态效率比较研究。分析了工业直接物质输入和生产过程输出情况,将物质流指标与工业增加值、区域面积相结合,以湖南省为主在时间序列上作纵向比较,在空间上与全国水平作横向比较,分析了工业物质流的结构。结果表明,在分析年度内湖南省工业物质投入的效率逐步提高,生态效率指标逐年趋优,好于同期全国平均水平。但是,湖南省工业消耗的水泥等资源性物质占比较大,工业经济增长对生态环境的压力主要作用于本区域,工业排放的废弃物铅、汞、镉、砷大幅度地高于全国平均水平。
Based on the material flow analysis method and the eco-efficiency theory, a comparative study of provincial and national industrial eco-efficiency was conducted.
