病例介绍:患者,女,63岁,因患系统性红斑狼疮来我院就诊。入院后第一天给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液(商品名:左克,江苏扬子江药业集团有限公司,批号03121201)0.4g加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静滴,5min后出现头晕、恶心、口唇严重肿胀不能张嘴、双眼睑水肿不能睁眼、两侧面部水肿明显、视力模糊、胸闷、憋气、呼吸困难。BP98/68mm-Hg,P120次/min,立即停药,吸氧,地塞米松5mgiv,异丙嗪25mgim,氢化考的松注射液100mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液
Case description: Patients, female, 63 years old, suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus to our hospital. On the first day after admission, 0.4 g of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection (trade name: Zuo Ke, Jiangsu Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., lot number 03121201) was added to 250 ml of 5% dextrose injection for intravenous drip. After 5 minutes, dizziness, nausea, Swelling can not open your mouth, double eyelid edema can not open your eyes, both sides of facial edema, blurred vision, chest tightness, suffocation, breathing difficulties. BP98 / 68mm-Hg, P120 times / min, immediate withdrawal, oxygen, dexamethasone 5mgiv, promethazine 25mgim, hydrocortisone injection 100mg 5% glucose injection
