The Regulations on the Participation of Supervisory Organs in the Investigation and Handling of Production Safety Accidents (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) were promulgated on Dec. 15, 2012 by Decree No. 28 of the Ministry of Supervision, and will come into force on January 1, 2013. Its promulgation and implementation are of great significance to standardizing the supervision organs’ participation in the investigation and handling of production safety accidents, implementing the accountability system for production safety accidents and preventing and reducing the occurrence of production safety accidents.
