维修改造项目为重大科技基础设施的稳定、安全、可靠运行提供有效保障,对设施总体运行质量的提升具有重要作用。结合管理实践经验,对EAST装置维修改造项目的全过程管理进行分析和总结,对进一步理解重大科技基础设施维修改造项目管理工作内涵,提升项目全过程管理水平有重要意义。
Maintenance and renovation projects provide an effective guarantee for the stable, safe and reliable operation of major science and technology infrastructure, and play an important role in improving the overall operation quality of facilities. Combining the management experience, analyzing and summarizing the whole process management of EAST unit maintenance and renovation project is of great significance to further understand the connotation of the project management of major S & T infrastructure renovation projects and to improve the overall process management of the project.
