以相关调查结果为依据,通过分析课程性质与西北欠发达地区二本院校大学英语教学中的五个突出问题之间的关系,指出了“必修型”大学英语课程类型定位的弊端,论证了西北欠发达地区二本院校大学英语由必修课程改为选修课程的必要性。
By analyzing the relationship between the nature of the course and the five outstanding problems in college English teaching in two underdeveloped areas in the northwestern part of China, this paper points out the disadvantages of the “compulsory” university English course type orientation, The necessity of changing college English from compulsory to elective in the two underdeveloped areas in Northwest China is demonstrated.
