冬泳是近年来普及较快的大众健身运动项目,由于其对人体刺激作用的特殊性而倍受大众和运动科学界的关注。经验和科学研究均已证明,冬泳可以提高人体心血管系统、内分泌系统和免疫系统的功能,改善人的情绪和精神状态,并对某些慢性病,如:风湿性关节炎、慢性腰背疼、糖尿病等具有明显的治疗作用。不仅如此,参加冬泳锻炼的人群中年龄分布十分广泛,从儿童一直到70岁以上的老年人似乎都从冬泳锻炼中
Winter swimming is a popular mass fitness exercise that has been popularized in recent years.
