职业人文教育是高等职业院校人文教育的重心。高职院校的职业人文教育究竟如何有效开展,体现高等职业教育的特点,实现科学教育与人文教育的融合,仍是当前亟待思考的问题。高职院校应在办学理念、构建人文教育的模式、校园文化建设、建立科学规范的职业人文教育评价体系以及师资队伍建设等方面推进体现高等职业教育特点的职业人文教育。
Vocational humanistic education is the focus of humanities education in higher vocational colleges. How vocational vocational education in vocational colleges can effectively carry out, embody the characteristics of higher vocational education, and realize the integration of science education and humanistic education is still a problem to be pondered at present. Higher vocational colleges should promote vocational humanities education embodying the characteristics of higher vocational education in such aspects as the concept of running a school, the mode of constructing humanistic education, the construction of campus culture, the establishment of a scientific and standardized evaluation system of professional humanities education and the construction of teaching staff.
