通过单轴拉伸实验测算了深冲用铝镇静钢在不同拉伸应变水平下的塑性应变比,包括常规应变比r~c和瞬间应变比r~i。结果表明,该钢板的塑性应变比具有明显的应变相关性,采用由线性回归技术获得的平均应变比可更加合理地表示其平均塑性各向异性。
The plastic strain ratio of deep drawn aluminum killed steel at different tensile strain levels was calculated by uniaxial tensile test, including the normal strain ratio r ~ c and the instantaneous strain ratio r ~ i. The results show that the plastic strain ratio of the steel plate has obvious strain correlation, and the average plastic strain ratio obtained by the linear regression technique can be more reasonable to represent the average plastic anisotropy.
