我国航空应急救援体系发展缓慢的主要原因涉及体制、空域、机队等很多方面,在此不再赘述。在航空应急救援体系建设过程中,通过运用融资租赁可以快速的改善资金短缺的局面,解决资金缺口,短时间内就能大幅增加航空器数量;迅速提高国家航空应急救援能力,满足政府及社会对航空应急救援的需要,同时可以促进通用航空及金融行业的发展。但是目前国内尚无成熟的经验,在具体实践中如何运用仍然是个难题。本文主要探讨如何在航空应急救援体系中运用融资租赁。

However, at present, there is no mature experience in China and how to use it in specific practice is still a problem. This article mainly discusses how to use financial leasing in the aviation emergency rescue system.
