IL-37是近年来新发现的IL-1家族的一员,是一种重要的抗炎因子,它不仅与自身免疫性疾病密切相关,还在糖尿病视网膜病变中扮演着重要的角色,本文就IL-37在其相关性疾病中研究进展做一综述。
IL-37, a newly discovered IL-1 family member in recent years, is an important anti-inflammatory factor that is not only closely related to autoimmune diseases but also plays an important role in diabetic retinopathy. IL-37 is reviewed in the progress of its related diseases.
