1996年利用我国发射的返回式实验卫星搭载玉米种子 ,回收后田间种植观察 ,对其主要农艺性状的表现进行调查。结果表明 ,处理当代只有少数性状表现出变异 ,处理后的自交一代、自交二代在株高、穗位高、生育期、育性等方面表现出分离 ;且遗传基础复杂群体比纯系材料更易出现变异 ,这预示着太空处理可望在株高、穗位高、生育期及育性等方面对玉米进行遗传改良
In 1996, we utilized the return experimental satellites launched by our country to carry corn seeds and observed the planting in the field after recovery, and investigated the performance of their main agronomic traits. The results showed that only a few traits showed variation in the treatment of contemporary generation, and the segregation was found in the selfed generation and selfed second generation in plant height, ear height, growth period, fertility and other aspects; The material is more prone to mutation, which indicates that the space treatment is expected to be genetically modified in maize in terms of plant height, ear height, growth period and fertility
