随着稻瘟病菌研究的深入和抗瘟品种的逐年更新,新的生理小种不断涌现,为探明种群及其消长情况,要长期大量保存各地不同的小种类群,为选择经济简便又能长期保存的方法,我们从80年开始,用新鲜灭菌稻杆在干燥、冰箱、室温三种条件下,以马铃薯斜面菌种石蜡油复盖冰箱保存(以下简称“马斜冰存”)为对照,对“稻瘟病菌”进行了连续三年保存试验取得了成功。具体做法是:
