本文介绍了以单片机为核心,由数据采集机、中继机和微机三部分组成的工程机械工况微电脑监测系统的设计思想及软、硬件设计技术。该系统的采集机直接安装在各种工程机械上,配用各种传感器,可以记录工程机械的工作日期、时间、电瓶电压、发动机转速、机油压力、机油温度、水温、振动等各种工况参数,在机械出现故障或参数越限时进行报警;采集机采集和存贮的信息由中继机传送到微机中进行离线分析和处理。
This paper introduces the design idea and software and hardware design technology of microcomputer monitoring system which is composed of data acquisition machine, relay machine and microcomputer with the single chip microcomputer as the core.
