本研究用噻唑兰(MTT)比色分折法测定了人参皂甙对 U_(937)细胞生长的抑制作用;并与~3H—TdR 掺入法进行了对比,发现在实验的4种人参皂甙中,以二醇组皂甙的抑制作用最强。人参皂甙可以减少~3H—TdR 掺入 U_(937)细胞的数量。两种方法的测定结果相同。但人参皂甙的作用强度与药物剂量之间并不成直线关系。
In this study, the inhibitory effect of ginsenoside on the U_(937) cell growth was measured by MTT colorimetric method and compared with the ~3H-TdR incorporation method and found in the experimental 4 kinds of ginsenosides. The glycosyl saponins had the strongest inhibitory effect. Ginsenosides can reduce the number of ~3H-TdR incorporation into U_(937) cells. The results of the two methods are the same. However, there is no linear relationship between the strength of ginsenoside and the dose of drug.
