为了查明稀有、分散元素和贵金属在矿体、不同矿石类型乃至各种矿物中的含量,研究其分布特征,编制它们在矿物中的平衡表,都必须使用单矿物.过去,黄铜矿、黄铁矿的提纯多采用重选和电磁选等方法,往往难以得到质量合格的单矿物;最后,仍需用双目镜人工手选,劳动强度大,工效低.最近,我们在分离湖北某矽卡岩型铁矿石时,在选矿人员的启发和帮助下,综合运用了选矿工艺,初步探索出用通直流电,并加氧化钾处理矿浆的方法,来分离黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿的新途径;经过反复试验,效果较好,现作如下介绍.分离流程分离流程如图1所示.
