为了使本届毕业生认识到农业生产的前途和劳动生产的光荣,为了使已参加农业生产的毕业生安心生产,我们在“五一”那天,组织全体本届毕业生分头访问了桑掌源、陈耀祖、程培坤、周昌宾四位同学。这四位同学是所有参加生产的毕业生中情绪比较稳定,工作比较积极的。访问前,和他们作了多次的联系,了解他们的工作和思想情况,把访问的目的明确地告诉他们。对参加访问的本届毕业生也作了动员,指出通过访问可以具体了解知识青年在农业生产上起的作用,号召大家向这几位大哥哥学习。同学们都热烈地要求前去访问,并自愿凑出钱来买礼物。
In order to make our graduates aware of the future of agricultural production and the glorious workmanship of production, in order to make the graduates who have participated in agricultural production feel at ease in production, on the day of “May 1”, we organized all the current graduates to visit Sang Palm , Chen Yaozu, Cheng Peikun, Zhou Changbin four classmates. All four of the students are relatively stable in mood and more active in their work. Prior to the visit, I made many contacts with them to understand their work and ideological situation and to tell them clearly the purpose of the visit. The current graduates who participated in the visit were also mobilized. They pointed out that through their visit, they can learn more about the role of knowledgeable youth in agricultural production and urge everyone to learn from these big elders. The students asked enthusiastically for a visit and volunteered for gifts.
