本文测定了Decis-R、2cl-R和敏感品系(SP)家蝇头部乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACHE)的活力,溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、半胆碱(HC-3)、增效磷(SV_1)、八氯二丙醚(S_2)、苯基甲氨基甲酸酯(S_3),杀那特(S_4)对AChE的抑制作用。结果表明,家蝇头部AChE活力与抗性的形成有一定的关系,澳氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、S_2对AChE的抑制作用不明显,HC-3、SV_1、S_3和S_4对抗性家蝇AChE的抑制作用均比敏感品系低,AChE活力的升高和对药剂的不敏感可能是家蝇对菊酯类产生抗性的原因之一。S_2在3个家蝇品系中对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯均有较高的增效作用,且对AChE无明显抑制作用,对高等动物毒性低。认为S_2是一个比较有研究和开发应用前景的卫生杀虫剂的增效剂。
In this paper, the activities of acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) in Decis-R, 2cl-R and susceptible strains (SP) in housefly heads were determined. Deltamethrin, permethrin, The inhibitory effect of SV_1, S_2, S_3 and S_4 on AChE was studied. The results showed that the activity of AChE in housefly head was related to the formation of resistance. The inhibition of AChE by tetracycline, permethrin and permethrin was not obvious, and the antagonism of HC-3, SV_1, S_3 and S_4 The inhibitory effect of housefly AChE was lower than that of the susceptible strain. The increase of AChE activity and insensitivity to insecticide may be one of the reasons for housefly resistance to pyrethroids. S_2 had a synergistic effect on deltamethrin and permethrin both in 3 housefly lines, and had no significant inhibitory effect on AChE and low toxicity to higher animals. It is considered that S_2 is a synergist of pesticide which has more potential for research and development.
