整合素连接激酶(ILK)是一种存在于胞浆内的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。它作为细胞内的一种转录因子,能与细胞的多种跨膜受体相互作用,调节正常细胞的各种功能,如促进细胞的增殖、转化、迁移和一些蛋白的表达,能够促进由整合素介导的细胞外基质的聚集,降低细胞与细胞之间的黏附。其中有些生物学效应与糖尿病肾病有着密切的联系,如早期的肾小球硬化、肾间质纤维化以及肾小管上皮细胞的间充质转化。因此它有可能为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供新的思路和方法。
Integrin Ligase (ILK) is a filamentous / threonine protein kinase present in the cytoplasm.
