项目成本管理是现代企业管理中至关重要的管理活动,新时期社会经济的快速嬗变使得外部竞争空前激烈,越来越多的企业越来越认识到项目成本管理的重要价值。但是在项目成本管理与控制中仍存在着诸多问题,本文针对现代项目成本管理中所存在的制约企业长足发展的问题进行了解读,并在此基础之上给出了应对与控制方略。
Project cost management is a crucial management activity in modern enterprise management. The rapid evolution of social economy in the new period makes the external competition more and more fierce. More and more enterprises are increasingly realizing the important value of project cost management. However, there are still many problems in the project cost management and control. This article explains the problems existing in the cost management of modern projects that restrict the rapid development of enterprises, and on this basis, gives some countermeasures and control strategies.
