上海市农科院作物所科研人员经多年探索研制成一种新型柑桔保鲜剂——申鲜二号,已通过上海市科委成果鉴定。它是由生长调节剂、矿山效广谱杀菌防腐剂和高分子成膜物质三大部分组成。具有抑制柑桔果实呼吸强度、延缓新陈代谢、消毒杀菌防腐、减少水分散失、增加果面光泽等效用。1988年己在全国十多个省市的160多个单位和个人应用,共贮藏各类柑桔一千多万斤,均获得较好效果。1988年江西省已有16个单位和个人应用申鲜二号贮藏各类柑桔约30万斤。据省供销公司樟树站、宁都赖村林场、平乐县科委、
Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences crop researchers after years of exploration and development into a new type of citrus preservative - Shin Fresh II, has been identified by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission results. It is composed of growth regulator, mine efficiency broad spectrum bactericidal preservatives and polymer film-forming material three major components. Restricted citrus fruits with respiratory intensity, delay metabolism, disinfection and sterilization, reduce water loss, increase the surface gloss and other effects. In 1988, it was applied in more than 160 units and individuals in more than 10 provinces and cities nationwide and stored over 10 million kilos of citrus species of all kinds, all of which achieved good results. In 1988, 16 units and individuals in Jiangxi Province had applied Shen Xian 2 to store about 300,000 jin of various types of citrus.
