一、什么是心电图在心脏的周期性活动中,心肌由于兴奋而收缩,并随着兴奋的恢复而舒张,如此周而复始便构成心动周期。在每一个心动周期中,都要产生一系列的电位变化,这种电位变化叫作心肌的动作电位。心肌为什么会产生动作电位呢?这要由心肌从静止到兴奋时所处的状态说起。当心肌在静止时,在心肌的细胞膜外是带有正电荷的,而在细胞膜内是带有负电荷的,这种状态叫做极化,如图1A所示。极化状态是产生动作电位的基础,此时如用仪器测量细胞
