本文报告采用 CT 引导下立体定向和手术中行后装高剂量率~(192)Ir 近距离放射治疗脑探部和颅后窝胶质瘤21例,术后随访14个月,其中立体定向治疗组14例中10例(71.4%)临床症状改善.CT 复查证实肿瘤体积缩小。4例复发.无手术死亡;手术治疗组7例.近期无1例复发。阐述了治疗方法,讨论了内放疗后影像学上的改变等问题。
This article reports the use of CT-guided stereotactic surgery and postoperative high-dose post-loaded high dose rate of 192 brachytherapy brachytherapy and posterior fossa glioma in 21 cases were followed up for 14 months, including stereotactic treatment group Clinical symptoms improved in 10 (71.4%) of 14 patients, and tumor size was confirmed by CT.
