2000年10月20日,广东省农业机械学会在清远市召开了四届十一次常务理事扩大会议。会议由学会理事长奚志伟同志主持,省农业厅、省经贸委、省农机研究所、省农机鉴定站、省农机推广站、华南农业大学和省机电学校以及部分市、县农机管理、推广、科研、教育部门近50名代表参加了会议,省农业厅副厅长潘嘉念同志出席会议并作了重要讲话。
