By monitoring the ovulation period by ultrasound and directly observing the development of the follicle and providing an accurate reference value for the clinical so as to improve the pregnancy rate of the artificial insemination, this paper summarizes the changes of the ovum during the ovulation of 105 infertile women. 1 Materials and Methods 105 cases of infertility women, aged 22 to 40 years (mean 27 years), meet the following conditions: (1) after marriage more than 2a non-pregnant; (2)
