目的 研究人类乳头瘤病毒 6、11、16、18型及P53与膀胱移行细胞癌的关系。方法 采用PCR方法检测了 75例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中人类乳头瘤病毒的感染和P53蛋白表达情况。结果 膀胱移行细胞癌组织 6、11、16、18阳性率分别为 6 .7%、5.3%、33.3%和 6 .7% ,低危型人类乳头瘤病毒、6、11)阳性率为 9.3% (7/ 75) ,高危型人类乳头瘤病毒 (16、18)阳性率为 34.7% (2 6 / 75)。同一膀胱癌组织中两种以上(包括两种 )人类乳头瘤病毒亚型感染 8例 ,占 10 .6 %。人类乳头瘤病毒 6、16、18型感染阳性率在肿瘤有无转移组中差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)、人类乳头瘤病毒 16、18阳性率在肿瘤病理分级中有极显著性差异。人类乳头瘤病毒DNA型别的分布在膀胱癌中以 16型为主。P53蛋白阳性表达率为 4 4 %。结论 高危型人类乳头瘤病毒感染与P53异常表达可能与膀胱癌发生有关。
Objective To study the relationship between human papillomavirus types 6, 11, 16, 18 and P53 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods The infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) and the expression of P53 protein in 75 cases of BTCC were detected by PCR. Results The positive rates of 6, 11, 16 and 18 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma were 6.7%, 5.3%, 33.3% and 6.7%, respectively. The positive rate of low-risk human papillomavirus 6,11 was 9.3% (7/75). The positive rate of high-risk human papillomavirus (16,18) was 34.7% (26/75). In the same bladder cancer tissue two or more (including two) human papillomavirus subtype infection in 8 cases, accounting for 10.6%. The positive rate of human papillomavirus type 6, 16, 18 infection was significantly different in the presence or absence of metastasis (P <0.05), and the positive rate of HPV16,18 in the pathological grade was significantly different . Human papillomavirus DNA type distribution in bladder cancer to 16 type. The positive rate of P53 protein was 44%. Conclusion High-risk human papillomavirus infection and the abnormal expression of P53 may be related to the occurrence of bladder cancer.
