近年来,随着环境问题不断的严重,极端天气频发,各个地区都有其独特的形式。目前在我国内涝问题似乎已成为我国多个城市在强降雨之后的普遍现象。在我国有大部分的城市都是逢雨必涝、遇涝则瘫。随着可持续发展以及绿色技术研究的不断深入,海绵城市逐渐的应用于城市建设当中。本文就分析了海绵城市在国际上的应用,同时重点分析了基于海绵城市理念来解决中国城市严重的内涝问题。
In recent years, with the continuous serious environmental problems and extreme weather, all regions have their own unique forms. The current waterlogging problem in our country seems to have become a common phenomenon in many cities in our country after heavy rainfall. Most cities in our country are flooded every rain, and when flooded, they are paralyzed. With the continuous development of sustainable development and green technology research, sponge city is gradually applied to urban construction. This paper analyzes the sponge city in the international application, focusing on the analysis based on the concept of sponge city to solve the serious waterlogging problems in Chinese cities.
