目的 研究从九个不同产地采集的中药商陆中Be ,Cd ,Ce,Cr,Cu ,Dy ,Er,Eu ,Gd ,Ge ,Ho ,La,Lu ,Mo ,Nd ,Pb ,Pr,Sm ,Sr,Tb ,Tl,Tm ,Y ,Yb ,Zn等 2 5种无机元素的分布规律。方法 采用湿法消化处理样品 ,在优化条件下用电感耦合等离子体质谱 (ICP MS)法同时测定 2 5种元素。结果 ICP MS测定商陆中 2 5种元素的检出限为 0 0 0 3~ 0 .71ng·mL- 1 ,回收率为 88%~ 1 1 9%。相对标准差为 1 7%~ 1 3 3%。结论 商陆样品中的元素浓度随产地不同而存在明显差异 ;但不同产地的商陆中元素的归一化浓度呈非常类似的波浪式分布 ,商陆可能按照一定比例吸收元素 ,如果其他中草药也存在类似规律 ,则有可能为研究中草药的元素指纹图谱奠定基础。
Objective To study the Chinese herbal medicines Be, Cd, Ce, Cr, Cu, Dy, Er, Eu, Gd, Ge, Ho, La, Lu, Mo, Nd, Pb, Pr, Sm, Sr collected from nine different origins. Tb, Tl, Tm, Y, Yb, Zn and other 25 kinds of inorganic elements of the distribution of the law. Methods Samples were digested by wet digestion and 25 elements were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP MS) under optimized conditions. RESULTS: The detection limit of ICP-MS in 25 species of terrestrial soil was 0 0 0 3 - 0 .71 ng·mL - 1 and the recovery was 88% - 11 9 %. The relative standard deviation is 1 7% to 133%. Conclusion The concentrations of elemental elements in pokeweed samples vary significantly from place to place; however, the normalized concentration of elements in pokeweed from different origins shows a similar wave-like distribution, and pokeweed may absorb elements in a certain proportion if other Chinese herbs are also used. The existence of similar laws may lay a foundation for studying the fingerprints of Chinese herbal medicine.
