埋植起搏器部位发生感染或坏死时,需要延长原导管,更换埋植部位。原起搏导管外鞘破损或金属线芯断裂等需要更换导管。如果放弃原来有效的起搏导管,而重新安插新导管,既增加了病人的痛苦和危险,也增加了工作量和x线照射量。为此,我们提出一种利用原来起搏导管与新导管进行铆接的新方法。一、材料 (一)与新起搏器配套的新起搏导管1根; (二)选用能套进二根需要铆接导管的医用硅橡胶管,一般外径为3mm,内径为2ram,长2.5~3cm; 二、操作方法和步骤 (一)按需要长度和部位切断新、旧起搏导管。 (二)将备用的医用硅橡胶管套入保留
