通过烧结试验考察了烧结温度与Fe Ni Mn Mo系部分预合金粉氧含量的关系。采用无齿、低齿和高齿的 3种预成形坯 ,进行了转换器齿环的粉末热锻试验 ,探讨了相关的工艺问题、技术难点及相应的技术措施
The relationship between sintering temperature and partial pre-alloyed oxygen content of Fe Ni Mn Mo system was investigated by means of sintering test. Using the three kinds of preforms with no teeth, low teeth and high teeth, the powder hot forging test of converter ring was carried out, and the related technical problems, technical difficulties and corresponding technical measures were discussed
