为适应市场的需要,我厂衡器由单一品种的大批量生产转变为多品种、中小批量生产,这就要求最大限度地简化生产技术准备、缩短时间、降低成本和提高劳动生产率。为此,因陋就简地设计制造了三套成组夹具。其特点是:基体通用,元件可调换,结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作较简便,一定程度上还可适应同类新产品加工的需要。
