今天的仙客来品种大多来源于野生种仙客。1612年荷兰出版的《园艺植物图册》,首次介绍了仙客来野生种收集、驯化和栽培的情况。1731年引入英国栽培。1768年由植物学家菲利甫·米勒(Philip Miller)命名。19世纪末中国引入栽培。
Cyclamen today, most of the species come from wild species of cyclamen. The “Atlas of Horticultural Plants” published by the Netherlands in 1612 introduced for the first time the collection, domestication and cultivation of cyclamen wild species. 1731 introduced to the British cultivation. 1768 Named by botanist Philip Miller. China introduced cultivation in the late 19th century.
