作为本届全国人大常委会修改通过的又一部法律,消费者权益保护法(以下简称消法)的修改过程可谓是细而又细、精而又精。今年4月召开的十二届全国人大常委会第二次会议初次审议消法修正案草案后,立即向社会公布草案全文征求意见。仅隔四个月,十二届全国人大常委会第四次会议再次审议了消法修正案草案。会后,全国人大常委会又将草案二审稿向社会公开征求意见。这是全国人大常委会首次就审议中的法律草案
As yet another law passed by this NPC Standing Committee, the modification process of the Consumer Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as Consumer Law) can be described as thin, fine, delicate and precise. After the second meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee held in April this year, for the first time, deliberation on the draft amendment to eliminate consumption law, the full draft of the draft was immediately released to the public for comments. Only four months later, the Fourth Meeting of the Twelfth NPC Standing Committee reviewed the draft amendment to elimination of consumption law again. After the meeting, the NPC Standing Committee again submitted the second draft of the draft to the public for comments. This is the first draft law under consideration by the NPC Standing Committee
