《科学对社会的影响》是联合国教科文组织编辑出版的学术性兼高级科普刊物。我国于1981年与该组织达成协议,出版中文版。编辑部在中科院科技政策与管理科学研究所。本刊着重论述当前世界主要科技领域的发展动向和成就,探讨科学技术对当前人类社会、特别是对发展中国家的影响及其存在的问题。每期讨论一个主题,同时刊登人们普遍感兴趣的其他方面的文章。涉及新材料、计算机、能源与环境、运输、保健、生物多样性、地震、科学教育和人口老化、科学史、科学的形象等。内容新颖,深入浅出,图文并茂。
The Impact of Science on Society is an academic and advanced science publication edited and published by UNESCO. Our country reached an agreement with the organization in 1981 to publish a Chinese version. Editorial Department of Science and Technology Policy and Management Science Institute. This publication focuses on the development of the current world's major science and technology trends and achievements to explore science and technology on the current human society, especially for developing countries and its impact on the existing problems. Each issue discusses a topic, along with other articles of general interest.
