用肿瘤抗原(从肿瘤组织中提取)或肿瘤细胞攻击(注射)动物(豚鼠、兔子、羊)使其致敏,处死动物取其淋巴结和脾脏抽提其核糖核酸。发现此核糖核酸,能将抗呻瘤的免疫性传递给正常的淋巴样细胞,经这种方式提取的免疫核酸,即称之为异种的免疫核糖核酸(Immune RNA,简称 iRNA)。在过去的几年里,用此种免疫核糖核酸治疗动物的自发瘤、诱发瘤和移植瘤都取得了满意地成功。它不仅使肿瘤生长缓慢或停滞,而且在有的模型系统中可使已长出来的肿瘤完全
The animals were sensitized with tumor antigens (extracted from tumor tissues) or tumor cells (guinea pigs, rabbits, sheep) challenged, and the animals were sacrificed and their lymph nodes and spleens were extracted for ribonucleic acid. The discovery of this ribonucleic acid can transfer the immunity of tumor-resistant tumors to normal lymphoid cells. The immune nucleic acid extracted by this method is called Immune RNA (abbreviated as iRNA). In the past few years, the use of such an immunoribonucleic acid has achieved satisfactory success in treating spontaneous tumors, induced tumors, and xenografts in animals. It not only slows or stagnates the tumor, but it also allows the tumor to grow completely in a model system.
