简述了氧氮化处理的工艺特点,着重介绍了该工艺处理后的球铁曲轴和高磷铸铁缸套的耐磨性。试验结果表明,氧氮化处理能显著提高曲轴与缸套的寿命。
The characteristics of the oxynitridation process are briefly described. The wear resistance of the ductile iron crankshaft and high phosphorus cast iron cylinder liner after the process is emphatically introduced. The experimental results show that the nitriding treatment can significantly improve the life of crankshaft and cylinder liner.
