天津东环立交桥位于天津市新港区 ,立交桥墩身基础采用钻孔桩 ,其钢筋笼配筋如图 1所示。由于箍套钢筋粗 ,成型直径大 ,前期只能手工配合弯筋机操作 ,弯一下 ,比试一下 ,弯制一个箍套要比试十几次 ,尺寸也不准确 ,平均一天只能弯制 2 0多个箍套 ,速度极慢 ,严重影响了工程进度
