地下空间是一种已被人类遗忘而重新被重视急待开发的资源。中国建筑科学研究院建筑科学情报研究所关注这一资源的开发,被列为《建筑科学技术发展纲要》第100项课题中,属1981年度补充项目“地下空间资源的开发与利用”专题。由重庆建筑工程学院负责承担研究任务。两年来,在陈启高、陈树晋、王蔚韬、温永玲五同志的分工协作下,已基本完成。并于82年11月参加了在浙江绍兴举行的评议会(所完成的具体内容见本刊82年第5期)。本期兹刊出重要论文四篇以饷读者。
Underground space is a resource that has been forgotten by human beings and re-emphasized for development. The China Academy of Building Research Institute of Building Science Information focuses on the development of this resource and is listed in the 100th project of the “Outline for the Development of Building Science and Technology”. It is a supplementary project of 1981 entitled “Development and Utilization of Underground Space Resources”. Chongqing Construction Engineering Institute is responsible for the research mission. In the past two years, under the division of labor of Comrades Chen Qigao, Chen Shujin, Wang Weibiao, and Wen Yongling, it has basically been completed. In November 2002, he participated in the council held in Shaoxing, Zhejiang (see the fifth issue of the 82th edition of this publication for the details of the completed project). In this issue, we will publish four important papers for readers.
