党的十六大确立了我国在本世纪头20年全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,为我国经济社会的发展描绘了一幅波澜壮阔的美好情景;党的十七大又发出了为夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利而奋斗的号召。
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the goal of building an overall well-to-do society in the first 20 years of this century and depicted a magnificent and beautiful scene for the development of our economy and society. The 17th CPC National Congress also sent a speech to strive for the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way The new victory of society and the call to struggle.
