素质教育背景下,教师的主导地位确立,尤其是随着新课程改革深入,其所承担的压力越来越大。一旦这些压力无法释放或缓解时,则可能产生职业倦怠感。缓解初中地理教师职业倦怠感,是维护教师身心健康,凸显人本关怀的重要途径,更是提高教育实效的有效方法。本文在对初中地理教师职业倦怠感影响因素作出分析和简述的基础上,就初中地理教师职业倦怠感缓解策略进行了探讨。
Under the background of quality education, the dominance of teachers is established. Especially with the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, the pressure on teachers is growing. When these pressures can not be released or relieved, a sense of job burnout may develop. Relieving junior middle school geography teachers ’job burnout is an important way to maintain teachers’ physical and mental health and highlight people’s care. It is also an effective way to improve the effectiveness of education. Based on the analysis and summary of the influencing factors of junior middle school geography teachers ’occupational burnout, this article discusses the strategies of junior middle school geography teachers’ job burnout mitigation.
