目的:探讨邢台地区原发性高血压与血清元素Cu、Zn含量的关系。方法:采用多通道智能型火焰原子吸收光谱仪,对308例高血压患者血清微量元素Cu、Zn进行测定,与266例健康人血清Cu、Zn水平进行比较。结果:邢台地区原发性高血压患者血清Cu、Zn含量明显低于健康对照组;且Cu/Zn极显著降低。结论:邢台地区原发性高血压发病与血清Cu、Zn降低有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between essential hypertension and serum Cu, Zn in Xingtai area. Methods: The multi-channel intelligent flame atomic absorption spectrometer was used to measure the serum trace elements Cu and Zn in 308 hypertensive patients and compared with the serum Cu and Zn of 266 healthy people. Results: The contents of serum Cu and Zn in patients with essential hypertension in Xingtai region were significantly lower than those in healthy controls. The Cu / Zn levels were significantly decreased. Conclusion: The incidence of essential hypertension in Xingtai district is related to the decrease of serum Cu and Zn.
