中央电大自1979年建校以来,面向全国陆续开办了理工科、文科、经济管理科和农科等4科21个专业类的高等专科教育。到1990年,全国电大大专全科毕业生累计达129万余人,各种非学历教育结业生总计达300多万人。电大已经成为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,成为推动科技进步和提高劳动者素质的有效途径。
Since its establishment in 1979, the Central Radio & TV University has set up 21 specialized specialized higher education programs in 4 subjects including science and engineering, liberal arts, economic management and agricultural science in China. By 1990, a total of more than 1.29 million graduates from all major TV universities in the country had accumulated more than 3 million graduates of non-diploma education. TVU has become an important component of China’s higher education and has become an effective way to promote scientific and technological progress and improve the quality of workers.
