活血化瘀药的研究已得到普遍重视,而致瘀药的研究报道较少。我们复习了一些文献资料~([1~4]),根据血瘀证的诊断标准~([5,6]),选择了具有使血液凝固性增高或纤溶性降低,血小板聚集性增高或释放功能亢进,促进血栓形成,使血液循环瘀滞而使血液有“浓、粘、凝、聚”倾向的药物进行讨论,并称其为“致瘀药”。1药物简介菊花:动物实验有缩短凝血时间,焙成炭药的散剂作用较生药有所增强。并能降低毛细血管通透性。
